Chris graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1999 with his degree in Environmental Studies. Shortly after graduation, he went to work for a major game industry recruitment firm. Seeing opportunities to provide more value to the game industry, he left in 2002 and co-founded Emerge.

A Bay Area native, Chris focuses on managing core recruiting accounts and the relationships between publishers, developers and licensors.
